How to order or become an accredited reseller?


STEP 1: Fill out an online inquiry form
For interested individuals, kindly fill out the online inquiry form: _______________.  You will be asked for information about you and your business. For frozen products, you will be required to have your own freezer with adequate space for stocks. After submission, kindly wait for our team to review your entry. You will receive your reseller accreditation, a direct link to the online ordering form and other details you need through the email you submitted in the form.

You only need to perform this step once. For reordering or repeat orders, kindly perform steps 2 to 4.
STEP 2: Order our products online
Use the online order form sent to your email to begin your purchase. Please indicate your preferred payment method and pick-up location (no deliveries, but customer can book their own third party courier - see step 4). After submission, our team will process your order and send you an invoice for payment. It will also contain payment instructions depending on your selected mode of payment and notify you if there are items on your order that cannot be fulfilled (ex. out of stock). Your order will remain pending until we have received confirmation of your payment.
STEP 3: Pay for your order
The invoice will provide you instructions on how to pay for your order. Kindly follow instructions for your preferred method of payment. After sending the payment confirmation, our team will verify the transaction and then process your order for pick-up.

​Payment must be settled within three (3) days from receiving the invoice for the order to be processed. Otherwise, order will be considered cancelled. You will be sent a payment reminder on the 2nd day from invoice receipt, and a cancellation notice once the order remains unpaid at the end of the 3rd day.
STEP 4: Order pick-up
Kindly wait for confirmation that your order is ready for pick-up at your selected location. Upon pick-up, you will be asked to sign the delivery receipt as proof that items were complete and received in good condition. Resellers may opt to use available courier services (ex. Lalamove, Grab Express, Mr Speedy, Ninja Van, J&T Express, etc.) to pick-up their orders for them, but at their own volition and expense. For frozen products, please prepare your insulated containers, styrofoam boxes or coolers to prevent thawing of products while on transit.
STEP 5: Start selling!
We will send you our marketing materials and product information for your use as a reseller. Advertise and promote in your store, online platforms, or social media accounts to let people know you are an accredited Bugong Kitchen Deli reseller! Set-up your own payment options and pick-up/delivery schemes to make it convenient for your customers. Happy selling!

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)


I would like to buy your products in wholesale, but I have no intention of becoming a reseller. What should I do?
No problem! Just fill up the inquiry form, and check "I would like to buy as a consumer" when asked about the purpose of your inquiry. The same steps apply to ordering, payment and pick-up.
Can I see the price list / wholesale price first before I decide to become an accredited reseller?
Unfortunately, we cannot make our price lists available to the public. Interested individuals should complete an inquiry form to gain access to our price list.
I noticed you only offer pick-up services. Can I have my orders delivered to my preferred location?
Unfortunately we do not have our own in-house delivery yet. If a customer / reseller wants to have their products delivered, they may do so as soon as their order is ready for pick-up by availing a third party courier service (ex. Lalamove, Grab Express, Mr Speedy, etc.) at their own volition and expense. For other inquiries regarding pick-up and delivery, you may also contact us directly through kitchendeli@bugongph.com
What if I received a defective product? Can I return it?
Yes, you may, but only during the pick-up of orders. We advise resellers to check each item before signing the delivery receipt. For order problems and feedback kindly contact our team through kitchendeli@bugongph.com
Do you accept consignment agreements and payment terms?
Consignment agreements and credit payment terms are not currently accepted. For further inquiries, kindly contact our team through kitchendeli@bugongph.com
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled only when they are unpaid. Once payment has been received, the order is considered final and irreversible. Moreover, orders are automatically cancelled when they remain unpaid within three (3) days from receipt of invoice.
